Kids should be encouraged to learn to cook at a young age - what my son Rémy would call a lesson that's worth learning because you can use it in life unlike the subjects he's taught in school. Kitchnkids is a place where I show that if a recipes is well written for a home cook it should pass the Kitchnkids test - so easy even a kid can cook it.
