
I have been doing a bunch of radio interviews to promote the book these last couple of weeks. Here’s an interview I did with Steve and Kathy of Great Taste. I had such a lovely time talking with them and delving into the book, comfort food, all the fabulous chefs, the recipes – both old and new- and discussing what Made in America is all about and how I came to write it.
Steve cooked up the Michael Mina Milk Chocolate Panna Cotta and adapted it for vegetarians – substitute a teaspoon of agar for the gelatin if you want a veggie version. Here’s the video of me making up the easiest dessert ever:
