From Sea to Plate

Julie Kremkus sent me these photos from Monday’s fishing adventure.

Plucked from the ocean

Not only did Kremkus come aboard and enjoy the food and fishing, she and her husband took home a big bag of fish to cook up for their supper.

They stopped off at Plummer Park Farmers’ Market on the way home for some extra ingredients and then, after a much needed nap, cooked up a delicious bouillabaisse.

This is exactly what these fishing adventures should be about – fishing fun, delicious food and wine, tips on how to cook the catch and then home to cook up the bounty.
