We will hold a little contest for the person who catches the biggest fish. Thanks to Margerum Wines of Santa Barbara the lucky winner will get to go visit the winery with full tasting/tour/lunch plus a couple of bottles of their Pinot Gris that pairs very well with fish.

Scurvy Tarts for Fishing Chefs

I have decided to bring some little Scurvy Tarts – think tart au citron – so that none of my fellow pirates, fishermen and sailors lacks vitamin C – there will be no scurvy on our boat.

For more information about fishing with chefs see Who’s coming Fishing? and Fishing with Top LA Chefs Memorial Day Trip

This trip is totally sold out – be sure to get on our next trip in July – email me to confirm you are on the mailing list so you get in early and join in the fun.

That looks like an amazing menu! I’d definitely go for your Scurvy Tarts. Awesome name, by the way! (Did you know that strawberries have more Vitamin C than oranges? Don’t know about lemons, though. :P)
