Lucy Lean co-produced and edited, as well as photographed much of the sumptuous food for Ludo Lefebvre's cookbook Crave - Limited Edition - 10th Anniversary Edition.
The first weekend a team of cooks and a stylist was employed to prepare the dishes ready for Lucy to take the photographs, they accomplished about 20 recipes. Lucy realized she needed to shoot many more recipes to get rid of the majority of the dated photos in the 10 year old cookbook. Back at home in her kitchen she went to work - cooking, styling and then photographing the recipes, presenting them in a new, modern and accessible way. The results speak for themselves.
